What to expect with our Booking process:

Step 1: Fill Out the Contact Form
This helps us check our availability and get started on planning your event!

Step 2: Availability & Event Details
We’ll reach out to confirm if we can accommodate your event (we do our best to say yes!). You’ll also receive a quick questionnaire based on your service selection, helping us gather key details for a smooth planning process.

NOTE: Please check all your inboxes, including the spam folder, as our replies may occasionally end up there.

Step 3: Review & Confirmation
Once we receive your questionnaire, we’ll review everything and follow up with any questions—or confirm that your event is good to go along with a detailed quote!

Step 4: Contracts & Invoices
Once the quote is approved, we’ll send over contracts (inflatables only) and invoices to finalize the details.

Step 5: Event Prep & Check-Ins
We’ll keep you updated with friendly check-in emails so you know we’re getting everything ready for your special day!

Step 6: Let’s Celebrate!
We’ll take care of the prep—you focus on having an amazing time!
