How long will Air Filled Balloons last? (Garlands, Stacks, Etc.)
When kept indoors, air-filled balloons can last a couple of weeks or more, the size of the balloon can also have an effect on the lifespan of the balloon. The large the balloon the longer it will last. After several days, you may notice slight deflation and oxidation (a matte finish). Outdoors, exposure to heat, sun, and wind will significantly shorten their lifespan.
How long will Helium Balloons last?
When kept indoors, helium balloos can last about 5-7 days or more, the size of the balloon can also have an effect on the lifespan of the balloon. the large the balloon the longer it will float. After several days, you may notice slight deflation and oxidation (a matte finish). Outdoors, exposure to heat, sun, and wind will significantly shorten their lifespan.
What is the difference between a Grab+Go Garland & Signature Garland?
The Grab + Go Garland is a quick-pickup option designed with convenience in mind. Sized to fit easily into vehicles.
The Signature Garland is our most popular garland, featuring a wider variety of balloon sizes than the Grab + Go for a fuller, more elevated look.
Are there instructions for Grab+Go?
Yes! You’ll receive an instructional video link by email before your event, and we’ll also include a QR code with your Grab + Go supplies for easy access on setup day.
How long does it take you to setup?
It depends on your order, generally setup take about 30-45 minutes. Don’t worry, we’ll ask for your event’s start time so we can arrive early and make sure everything looks perfect and ready for you event!
What affect does heat and direct sunlight have on Balloons?
Heat and direct sunlight cause balloons to expand and weaken, which can lead to quicker deflation, fading, and even popping. This exposure significantly shortens their lifespan, especially for latex balloons.
DELIVERY/PICK UP - FAQs
How early should I book?
As early as you’d like! We do recommend booking at least 10 days before your event to give us plenty of time to plan something amazing for you.
Does the day before the event work for pick up or delivery?
Yes, we can arrange pick up or delivery the day before your event. Just keep in mind that air-filled balloons can last a couple of weeks indoors, but helium balloons may float best on the day of your event for maximum wow factor!
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas, generally within about an hour’s radius to make sure we can give you our best, dependable service.
What is your pick up location?
We’re a home-based business located centrally in Sioux Falls, near the I-229 and 26th Street exit. We’ll provide the exact address during your booking to keep things simple and secure.
How big of a vehicle do I need to pick up my order?
It depends on your order size. For larger items like garlands, we recommend a midsize SUV or larger (like a full-size SUV or van). Please have the seats folded down and the vehicle cleared for easy loading.

How big of a space do I need for the Bouncers?
Here’s a quick guide:
Mini: about 8x10 feet
Classic: about 15x20 feet
Large: about 18x22 feet
For indoor use of the Classic & Large a minimum 13ft ceiling are required.
That way, there’s plenty of space for safe setup and lots of fun!
What type of space do I need for the Bouncers?
You’ll need a flat, safe surface, like grass, concrete, or a gym floor—to keep everything steady and fun!
Are instructions included for custom pick up rentals?
Yes! We provide a detailed instruction manual with photos to make setup easy and stress-free.
Are the Bouncers big enough for adults?
Yes! Both the Classic and Large Bouncers can accommodate adults. The Classic has a weight limit of 400 lbs, while the Large bouncer supports up to 800 lbs.
RENTAL - FAQs
Can backdrops go outside?
Yes! Just be sure to choose a wind-protected spot. We’ll also provide reinforcement to help keep everything secure and looking great.
Can I choose my Arch Backdrop sizes?
Yes, as long as the sizes are available. We will work with you to choose the best size to accommodate your space.
How long is my rental?
All rentals are priced for 24 hours. If pickup or return is more convenient for us at a later time, we won’t charge the extra day rate. Early returns or pickups are always welcome too!
